Breathing Color does not accept returns past 90 days of the original date of purchase for defective products.

Color merchandise may need to be returned or exchanged for several
reasons. A Return Merchandise Authorization (herein referred to as
"RMA") is required for all returns and exchanges. Packages with no RMA#
will be refused.
All Sales of Breathing Color Products are Governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
How to request a return for possible “Defective” Products:
If you believe you may have a defective product please complete the following steps:
1.

2. Please fill out this form in its entirety.
You will need the following items to submit a ticket:
a. Full Name, Phone Number, Company Name, Email address
b. Type of Issue
C. Product Description, sizes and quantities
d. Invoice Number and Date
e. Amount you paid for these products
f. If you believe you have defective merchandise, take digital pictures of your defect and upload the photos.
You should receive a response back within 24 hours, although this
process could take up to 48 hours. YOU MAY CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR RMA
REQUEST AT ANY TIME BY REVIEWING YOUR TICKET ONLINE. If it has not been
48 hours PLEASE DO NOT CALL US TO CHECK ON YOUR RMA.
After reviewing your photos if it is determined that we need to inspect
the product further we will email you UPS return labels. You will need
to place these label(s) on the box(es) and give to your UPS driver or
take to your nearest UPS location. Once we receive the product back
and have inspected it we will notify you via email of our conclusion.
If it is determined that your merchandise is defective, you will be
credited for the full amount of merchandise and shipping costs. Please
note that no credit will be issued until the defective merchandise has
been returned and inspected. We will refund all merchandise that was
defectively manufactured, only if there is a demonstrate-able defect of
manufacture.
How to request a return for “Non-Defective” Product:
Breathing Color does not accept returns of non-defective product past
30 days of the original date of purchase. Products from purchases older
than 30 days will not be accepted.
Although we place high value on every customer, we cannot accept
returns because you tried the product and did not like it (Trial rolls
are available and samples), or because you ordered the wrong item and
didn’t notice it before you opened the merchandise, or because you
simply don’t want the product anymore (past 30 days). Please read the
product information carefully and be sure you are ordering the product
that you want.
If you have purchased a product and it’s still within the 30 day grace period please be aware there is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective product returns and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
If you would like to return non-defective product and accept a 20% restocking fee, please complete the following steps:

Once you have been given an RMA number: YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY:
1. Write the RMA number on the outside of your return box (NOT ON YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!)
2. Include a copy of your RMA Request Form in a plastic slip on the outside of your return box

Once we receive the returned item(s) in its original saleable condition
and original packaging we will issue you a refund minus our 20% restocking fee for the product(s) being returned. This process may take up to two weeks.
Returned
merchandise must be in saleable condition in its original packaging in
order to be accepted. Items that are returned not in saleable
condition, and/or not inside its original packaging will not be
refunded nor returned. This includes all outer cardboard boxes, as well
as all labels and wrapping materials used to protect the product. If
any of these items are missing, the quality of the product is already
compromised, and may be further compromised upon return transit.
Therefore no refund will be given if merchandise is not in its original
packaging.
Shipping costs or any other costs
incurred to receive the merchandise will not be refunded. Customer is
responsible for the arrangement of and paying for any shipping or
packaging costs of returning the product to us in its original
condition.
How to report a Shipping Claim:
Damage occurred during shipping must be reported to Breathing Color,
Inc. within 5 days of receiving the order. All packaging materials must
be saved for possible inspection by transport company.
1. Visit our website to submit a Shipping Claim. At the top of the home page click on the “Support” tab then click on submit a shipping claim, then select UPS Claims & All other shipping claims. Please fill out this form in its entirety.
You will need the following items to submit a ticket:
a. Full Name & Email address
b. Type of Issue – give us a detailed description of the damage
c. Upload photos of the effected product & packaging.
d. ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL MUST BE SAVED FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION BY TRANSPORT COMPANY, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DAMAGED PACKAGING!
