Where do we ship?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  


How much does it cost?
At Breathing Color, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item and destination of the order.  Most Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Large pallet orders shipping within the US will typically be shipped via an independent trucking company. To estimate shipping costs when placing an order online, place an item in your cart and then click the “proceed to checkout button”.  When placing an order over the phone or via email and you would like a shipping quote, just ask your sales representatives, they will be happy to help you.


Can I use my own UPS/FedEx account?
Yes, if you have your own UPS/FedEx account number please let your representative know and they will alert the shipping department to use your account number when shipping your order.


When Do We Ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 pm will generally ship the same day.  Once your order has been packed and the shipping cost calculated you will receive an order confirmation via email which will include the total of your order with shipping and a UPS tracking number for your shipment.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
That depends on your exact location and method of shipment.  If you need your order to arrive on a specific date just let your Sales Representative know and they will help you choose the best method of shipping.


How to report a Shipping Claim:
Damage occurred during shipping must be reported to Breathing Color, Inc. within 5 days of receiving the order. All packaging materials must be saved for possible inspection by Transport Company.

If you would like to submit a shipping claim, please complete the following steps:

1. Visit our website to submit a Shipping Claim. At the top of the home page click on the “Support” tab then click on submit a shipping claim, then select UPS Claims & All other shipping claims. Please fill out this form in its entirety.

You will need the following items to submit a ticket:

a. Full Name & Email address
b. Type of Issue – give us a detailed description of the damage
c. Upload photos of the effected product & packaging.  
d. ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL MUST BE SAVED FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION BY TRANSPORT COMPANY, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DAMAGED PACKAGING!
